Empowering Communities, Reducing Poverty. Diadem Consults offers crucial technical support to both bilateral and multilateral partners in devising strategies for poverty reduction in Nigeria.

Poverty Reduction Initiatives We collaborated with the National Social Safety Nets Coordinating Office, funded by the World Bank, to develop a USSD-based system for identifying and enrolling beneficiaries into the National Cash Transfer Program. This innovative approach facilitated the enrollment of over 7 million beneficiaries for demographic validation.

Nigerian Poverty Dashboard Leveraging poverty data, we designed a poverty dashboard for Nigeria using artificial intelligence algorithms, providing a sophisticated tool for analyzing and understanding poverty covariates.

Monitoring and Evaluation Our expertise extends to designing monitoring frameworks across various thematic areas, allowing organizations to effectively monitor and track program progress. Utilizing SMART indicators, we develop data entry tools and train staff, building a sustainable human resource base for continuous evaluation.

Women Empowerment and Financial Inclusion Under a World Bank grant, Diadem Consults Initiative is supporting the Nigeria for Women Project (NFWP) to enhance women’s livelihoods in selected Nigerian regions. Our project, “M&E Support to NFWP,” focuses on three key components: M&E System Development and Support, Iterative Beneficiary Monitoring (IBM) with a Responsive Feedback Mechanism (RFM), and Capacity Building, Knowledge Management, Sharing, and Learning.

As part of this initiative, Diadem Consults Initiative will provide M&E technical support to over 20,000 Women Affinity Groups, coordinating more than 500,000 women in savings and loan practices for business expansion. Additionally, we aim to enhance the capacities of State Program Coordinating Units in advanced monitoring practices, including data demand and use, data quality assurance, data cleaning, and analysis.
